On June 4th, the No. 6 machine of Shanxi Qiangwei Paper Co., Ltd. was successfully started and delivered paper at the base of Shouyang Industrial Park. The complete line of the paper machine is an XcellLine paper machine supplied by Voith. The paper machine has a net paper width of 6310mm, a net width of 7000mm, and a design speed of 1200m/min. It mainly produces gypsum board cover paper and linerboard paper with a quantitative range of 90-160 g/m2, with an annual production capacity of 300,000 tons.
On June 6, the second crescent toilet paper machine of Baoding Lvchun Sanitary Products Co., Ltd. was successfully started at one time. The paper machine production line equipment is provided by Baoding Weituo Paper Machinery Co., Ltd. The paper machine has a width of 3550mm and a design speed of 1200m/min. It mainly uses commercial wood pulp raw materials to produce high-grade toilet paper, with a designed annual production capacity of 24,000 tons.
On June 8, Shandong Jincailun Paper Co., Ltd. put into operation a new high-end cultural paper machine. The paper machine equipment of this production line is provided by Shandong Xinhe Paper Engineering Co., Ltd. It is a fourdrinier multi-cylinder paper machine with a net paper width of 3600mm and a design speed of 800m/min. It mainly uses commercial wood pulp to produce 50-100 grams of high-grade culture. Paper, with an annual production capacity of about 70,000 tons.
On June 9th, the second production line TM6 of Zhejiang Jingxing Paper Co., Ltd. with an annual output of 120,000 tons of natural antibacterial and high-quality household paper project successfully started to produce paper. The paper machine equipment of this production line is provided by Valmet. The paper machine has a net paper width of 5600mm, a design speed of 2000m/min, and an annual production capacity of 60,000 tons.
On June 30, the first-phase project of Nine Dragons Paper (Hubei) Co., Ltd. held a commissioning ceremony in Bailuo Industrial Park, Jianli Economic Development Zone, to celebrate the official commissioning of the first paper machine at the base. The production line mainly uses waste paper raw materials to produce high-grade packaging paper, with an annual production capacity of 600,000 tons. The project was signed in June 2020, and it took less than two years to start construction in October and then start production.
