The total investment of the project is 6 billion yuan, of which the investment in fixed assets is about 3.2 billion yuan, and the leased office building, high-level warehouse and standardized workshop in Xingang District Multimodal Logistics Park are about 110,000 square meters. After the project is put into production, the annual output value will be about 13 billion yuan, and the new tax will be 370 million yuan within five years.
The basic situation of the project
In order to further strengthen the management and control of the group headquarters and make use of the resources of the group to expand and strengthen the logistics supply chain industry, Tiger Green Paper Group plans to move the headquarters (including Yueyang Linzhi) to the Chenglingji Multimodal Logistics Park. Chenglingji's location advantage, convenient water transportation, highway, railway, container transportation and logistics system, build multimodal transportation logistics system by integrating group resources, establish import pulp trading center in central region, invest in the construction of packaging material industry chain, introduce paper product deep processing industry group. The specific plan is as follows:
(1) Multimodal logistics project
Tiger Green Paper plans to establish Yueyang production base product storage, export product transfer container warehouse and raw material supplier direct supply warehouse in the park to increase the usage of railway containers and waterborne containers. It is planned to promote the transformation and upgrading of logistics in the direction of networking, informatization, standardization, intensification and Internetization through "Internet + big data" and the integration of five streams, supporting supply chain financial services, and establishing an independent multimodal logistics operation platform .
(2) Packaging material industry processing chain project
According to the needs of the new 500,000-ton
Cultural Paper project in Yueyang Base of Tiger Green Paper Group, Tiger Green Paper Group will upgrade the packaging material processing industry chain, plan to use the standard workshop in Chenglingji Multimodal Logistics Park, invest in the construction of paper core tube processing plants, Packaging material production projects such as laminating
Packaging Paper processing plants, carton (head) plants, packaging platen tray plants, etc.
(3) Project of Import Pulp Board Trading Center in Central Region
Tigermed Paper Group plans to use its own advantages to cooperate with Chenglingji New Port District to establish a trading center for imported pulp and board, and build this logistics park into a pulp and board trading center integrating trade, transit and storage in the central region of the country. The demand of papermaking enterprises for imported pulp board drives the growth of the import and export economy of Chenglingji New Port Area.
(4) Paper processing industry projects
As the finished products of Tigerland Paper Yueyang Base enter the multimodal transport logistics park, a multimodal transport and supply chain service management system integrating the functions of paper product warehousing, transportation, loading and unloading, information, and supply chain finance will be formed. The formation of this system will drive the entry of paper product deep-processing enterprises that use the finished products of Tiger Green Paper Group as raw materials, and the production and operation in the park will greatly reduce the transit and storage costs of these enterprises.
