Many European countries upgrade recycled paper and board to "raw materials"

Many countries in Europe are trying to achieve "waste to treasure", the recycling of recycled paper and cardboard upgraded to "raw materials". Following Italy and Spain, France also issued new regulations at the end of last year to join the environmental movement to use recycled materials.
According to France Radio International 14 reports, in addition to recycling waste paper for upgrading, France implemented another new rule in early January this year, the weight of less than 1.5 kg of vegetables and fruit packages, are not allowed to use plastic packaging.
The practice of turning waste paper into raw materials for France and other European countries to bring a lot of favorable impact. One is to facilitate exports. France makes far more recycled paper and cardboard than it consumes, as does the United Kingdom. Waste paper is upgraded and sent not only to various parts of Europe, but also exported to India or Indonesia. Second, it is conducive to environmental protection, the use of recycled paper and cardboard energy consumption will be lower. Third, the use of recycled materials is growing, and prices are more competitive.
