On February 6, the reporter learned from the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing that in 2022, China's logistics industry withstood the impact of the epidemic, the lack of demand and rising costs of multiple pressures, the overall smooth operation, the main economic indicators to achieve steady growth.
According to the report, the total annual social logistics in 2022 is expected to exceed 340 trillion yuan, an increase of about 3.6% year-on-year; the total revenue of the logistics industry is expected to reach 12 trillion yuan, an increase of about 5% year-on-year.
Railroad, cold chain, express and other professional logistics areas have maintained a high growth rate. 2022 national railroads to complete the annual volume of goods sent 3.9 billion tons, up 4.7% year-on-year, the highest growth rate in the past three years; cold chain logistics market size is expected to exceed 490 billion yuan for the year, an increase of about 7.2%; express business volume of 110.58 billion pieces, a net increase of 2.28 billion pieces over the previous year.
In 2022, the scale of enterprise growth against the trend, and steadily expanding market share. By the end of the year, the national A-class logistics enterprises exceeded 8,600. China's top 50 logistics enterprises have a combined revenue of nearly 2 trillion yuan, raising the threshold for entry by 2 billion yuan from the previous year. Among them, the revenue scale of several enterprises exceeded 100 billion yuan.
The vitality of intelligent logistics has been manifested, logistics parks, distribution centers and logistics warehouses have increased their intelligent transformation, and intelligent logistics parks and intelligent storage facilities have been upgraded and replaced. By the end of the third quarter of 2022, the total number of national network freight platforms has reached 2,382; the number of orders for the national instant logistics platform is expected to exceed 40 billion units for the year.
International logistics continues to develop new tracks, with 16,000 China-European trains running in 2022, sending 1.6 million TEUs, up 9% and 10% year-on-year respectively; the new western land and sea channel freight maintains strong growth momentum, sending 756,000 TEUs in the year, up 18.5% year-on-year.
